Cinthya Mohr

Cinthya Mohr is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in user experience (UX) across major technology companies. Currently serving as Director of UX for Education at Google since January 2024, Cinthya previously held a similar role at Twitter, where leadership involved enhancing user safety and creating impactful features. Cinthya's earlier tenure at Google included key positions such as Head of UX for Personal Finances and Head of UX for Creative & Education Immersive apps, leading large multidisciplinary teams and launching innovative products aimed at improving financial health and educational experiences. Cinthya's foundational UX work at Microsoft and design roles earlier in career contribute to a robust portfolio of expertise in both product design and user-centered communication. Educational background includes a Master’s in Human-centered Communication Design from the Illinois Institute of Technology and Bachelor’s degrees in Corporate Identity and Graphic Design.
