Ciying Ciying is currently a Technical Solutions Engineer at Google, specializing in GCP infrastructure. Previously, Ciying was a Solution Specialist at Nokia from 2014 to 2023, where they developed automation tools and provided advanced troubleshooting. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer and Scrum Master at Tieto from 2009 to 2011, and as an SQA Engineer at Symantec from 2012 to 2013. Ciying began their career as a Software Engineer at Grid Research Co., Ltd from 2007 to 2009, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering from Chengdu University of Information Technology, awarded in 2007.
