Clément Parazon is an experienced professional with a strong background in technical program management, strategic advisory, and partnerships. Clément's career includes significant roles at BNP Paribas and SG CIB in New York, where efforts focused on the deployment of new banking platforms and software development processes. At UpClear, Clément launched and led the EMEA and APAC businesses, driving growth and modernization initiatives. Recently, Clément served as Head of Venture Capital and Startups Partnerships for Southeast Asia at Google, establishing new strategic initiatives that generated substantial incremental revenue. Currently, Clément is actively involved with Asia Sustainability Angels and XA Network, promoting investments in sustainability-focused startups across Asia.
