Lead Technician

Cleveland Du has extensive experience in the field of computer science, specializing in quantum computing and security. From 2002 to 2006, Cleveland was a Software Engineer at Intel Corporation, focusing on the development and optimization of quantum algorithms. Cleveland then served as an Architect at Microsoft from 2006 to 2009, where responsibilities included designing the overall architecture for quantum computers. In subsequent roles, Cleveland contributed to post-quantum encryption research at the Cloud Security Alliance from 2015 to 2020, followed by leading efforts as Technical Director at Three Cents in 2020, where insights on data-driven analytics were provided. Since April 2020, Cleveland has held the position of Lead Technician at Google, overseeing a team dedicated to advancing integrated quantum circuits for parallel computing. Cleveland holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Computational Science from New York University.
