Cliff Moore

Cliff Moore is a legal executive currently serving as Commercial Counsel for Google Cloud M&A, where they support the integration of acquired business groups into the operational model. With extensive experience representing both public and private Silicon Valley technology companies, Cliff has provided practical counseling and managed a wide range of commercial agreements focused on business strategies. Previous roles include General Counsel at Automation Anywhere and Vice President at Foundry Networks, where Cliff successfully managed litigation, developed legal processes, and negotiated key agreements. Cliff holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and is pursuing a Master of Arts in International Relations and National Security Studies at Georgetown University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCLA.
