Conglin Liao

Conglin Liao is an experienced professional with a robust background in sales, program management, and account management across major technology companies. Currently serving as Head of Scaled and Small Business at Google Ads Customer Solutions since December 2024, Conglin is responsible for program management and key account management. Prior to this role, Conglin held notable positions at Amazon, including Head of Paid Account Management Service and Head of TBAM for Existing Seller Management, where responsibilities encompassed new business development and managing a 140+ member team. Conglin’s earlier experience includes leadership roles at TCL Industries in eCommerce operations, as well as significant contributions to global sales and marketing strategies at Electronic Silk Road Corp. and eBay. Conglin holds a Master of Science in Electronics Engineering from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor of Engineering in Automation from Tongji University.
