Conor Steckler has a background in user experience research and academic psychology, having served as a Graduate Student Researcher at The University of British Columbia from September 2011 to September 2017, where leadership in 15+ research projects led to publications in academic journals. Conor gained experience as a User Experience Research Assistant at Google (via Adecco) in March 2017 and transitioned to a User Experience Researcher role, focusing on user research in the communications space. Most recently, Conor has held positions as a Staff UX Researcher and Senior User Experience Researcher at Google, concentrating on user research in enterprise video calling, the future of work, and sustainability as of May 2024.
