Courtney Heldreth

Courtney Heldreth, PhD, has extensive experience in user experience research, survey design, and social psychology. At Google, currently a Senior Staff User Experience Researcher, Courtney leads initiatives on responsible AI and culturally embedded research. Previous roles include Senior Survey Associate at Gerson Lehrman Group, User Experience Researcher at Facebook, and qualitative interviewer and research coordinator for the Community Child Health Network. Academic qualifications include a doctorate from the University of California, Los Angeles, where Courtney contributed to various research labs focusing on mental health outcomes and social stigma.
