Daisha Mshaka, SPHR, is a seasoned talent management leader and career coach with over a decade of experience driving performance and people strategy. Currently, Daisha serves as a Senior Global Equity Enablement Program Manager at Google, after holding various roles at the company focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Daisha also runs Daisha M. Career Consulting and has previously worked in human resources and community management at organizations such as MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center and Hack the Hood. Daisha received a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Mills College and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California, complemented by a certificate in Advanced Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University.
