Dan Rubenstein

Dan Rubenstein is a seasoned academic and industry professional with extensive experience in computer science and mathematics. Rubenstein completed a PhD in Computer Science at the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2000, where prior education included an MA in Mathematics from UCLA and a BS in Mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. At Columbia University, Rubenstein has served as a Professor of Computer Science since 2000. Rubenstein co-founded Infinio Systems, holding the title of Co-Founder and former Chief Scientist since 2011. Additionally, Rubenstein has contributed to Google as a Visiting Research Scientist from January 2020 to January 2023 and currently serves as a Staff Research Scientist in a part-time capacity. Early in the career, Rubenstein gained experience as a Student Intern at AT&T.
