Daniel Banta

Daniel Banta is an experienced software engineer and data scientist with a strong background in both academia and industry. With a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science and a minor in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, Daniel has held roles at prestigious companies, including Northrop Grumman as a Software Engineering Intern for the Fire Scout program, and at CytoSport, Inc. as a Muscle Milk Brand Ambassador. Daniel further developed skills as an AI Research Intern at IPMD, Inc. focusing on emotionally intelligent AI, followed by a tenure at IBM as a Developer/Data Scientist, consulting on various data projects. Currently, Daniel serves as a Software Engineer on the Pixel Telephony Team at Google.
