Daniel Dicken

Daniel Dicken is an accomplished software engineer with a diverse background in technology and education. Daniel has worked at prominent companies including Google as a Site Reliability Engineer in Google Cloud Storage, and previously at Amadeus and Agent.ai/Fly.me. Early experience included a role as Crew Chief at Discount Tire, where Daniel led team performance and enhanced customer service. As an academic, Daniel served as a computer science tutor, graduate lecturer, and teaching assistant at the University of Arizona, contributing to student learning and development in programming and software engineering. Daniel holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master's degree from the University of Arizona, complemented by an Associate’s Degree from Pima Community College.
