Daniel Ellis is currently the Principal Architect-Defense for Google Public Sector, where they lead cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud strategies for public sector institutions. Previously, they served as a Global Principal Architect at Dell Technologies, focusing on complex integrations of Edge and Telecom solutions. Daniel's extensive experience includes roles as a Staff Solutions Engineer at VMware, where they provided architectural guidance for the Department of Defense, and as a Senior Systems Engineer at various organizations. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Technologies from Wayland Baptist University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Chemistry from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys camping, hiking, and mountain biking.
