Software Engineer

Daniel Lee possesses a strong background in neuroscience and software engineering, combining hands-on research experience with technical expertise. As a Research Assistant at Rinzel Lab, Daniel contributed to experiments on sound localization in humans, utilizing Matlab for data analysis and managing volunteer participant appointments. At Rockland Lab, Daniel developed a novel method for comparing neuronal density in the brains of macaque monkeys, leading to a master's thesis on cortical white matter neurons. Currently, Daniel serves as a Software Engineer at Google, applying skills gained from a Master's in Medical Clinical Sciences from Boston University and a Bachelor's in Neuroscience from New York University.
