Daniel Lowengrub

Daniel Lowengrub is a highly skilled software engineer with extensive experience in perception algorithms and computational biology. A Doctor of Philosophy graduate in Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley, Daniel has worked as a Senior Software Engineer at drive.ai, focusing on lidar segmentation and real-time algorithm implementation. Following the acquisition of drive.ai by Apple, Daniel continued as a Software Development Engineer at Apple, and has held roles at Google as a Software Engineer and Kallyope as a Computational Biologist, where responsibilities included researching therapeutic drug targets using genetic data. Prior experience includes a Data Science Internship at Autodesk, contributing to a search engine for 3D designs, and a foundational education in Mathematics and Computer Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
