Daniel Sank is a physicist with extensive experience in quantum technology and superconducting qubits. From September 2007 to September 2014, Daniel served as a graduate student researcher at UC Santa Barbara, focusing on the development of novel computer technology utilizing quantum mechanical effects in RF circuits. Since September 2014, Daniel has been a Staff Research Scientist at Google, leading the Readout and Reset team within Google Quantum AI, where the primary focus is on enhancing the speed and accuracy of superconducting qubit readout and reset processes. Daniel obtained a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Yale University and completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Physics at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
