Daniel Wen

Daniel Wen is a Senior Software Engineer at Google, where they have contributed to various teams since 2019. They began as a Software Engineer, designing features for a new audience targeting product in Display Ads and optimizing educational content recommendations for YouTube. As a Tech Lead, they owned the roadmap and implementation of Quizzes, launched to 70 million daily active users, and designed infrastructure for AI-powered learning features. Earlier, they held roles as a Research Engineer Intern at UnifyID and as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University, where they honed their skills in machine learning and programming education. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
