Daniele Pigni

Daniele Pigni is an organizational psychologist currently leading talent strategy initiatives at Google with a focus on talent intelligence and employment branding in the APAC region. In the past, Daniele worked as a project leader at Boston Consulting Group, managing large-scale transformations and human capital projects, and earlier served as a consultant with Impact Italia and Impact, specializing in HR, learning, and change management. Daniele holds a Master’s degree in Social Psychology from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca, where they graduated with honors. With over 14 years of experience across Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, Daniele is passionate about people analytics and organizational development.
