Darryn Lim

Darryn Lim possesses extensive experience in trade and policy roles across various prominent organizations. Notable positions include Director of Trade and Innovation Policy at Microsoft from May 2013 to July 2017, and as a Director at BSA | The Software Alliance from July 2017 to December 2019. Darryn has also contributed significantly to the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore as Director & Legal Counsel and served in various legal capacities at MediaCorp Pte Ltd and Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd. In recent years, Darryn held a Senior Director role at Twilio Inc. before transitioning to the position of APAC Head of Trade Policy and Competitiveness at Google in April 2024. Darryn's career reflects a strong background in legal counsel, public policy, and strategic trade initiatives in the Asia-Pacific region.
