Dave Utter

Dave Utter has a robust background in software engineering and management, with experience spanning several notable companies since 1977. Dave's career includes roles at Data General and Stratus, where Dave focused on development management for networking and distributed computing projects, as well as firmware and operating systems development. Dave held positions with notable responsibilities at companies like Cisco Systems, IBM, and Netezza Corp, where leadership involved overseeing critical engineering response teams and product development initiatives. Currently, Dave serves as a Software Engineer at Google, and previously contributed as Director of Engineering Solutions at Actifio. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology and two MBAs from Nichols College.
