David Carte

David Carte possesses extensive experience in leadership and technical roles within the aerospace sector and military education. As Dean of Academics in the United States Air Force, David led a team to develop and manage multiple course offerings, instructing a 170-hour multinational leadership program and achieving significant curriculum improvements. In the role of Space Vehicle Technical Lead for SBIRS Satellite Production, David managed the development of missile warning satellites, coordinated cross-organizational investigations, and successfully launched satellites while optimizing technical performance. David's engineering acumen was further demonstrated as Structures and Mechanisms Lead Engineer for NASA's OSIRIS-Rex satellite, where hardware designs were developed and integrated. Currently, David serves as a Technical Program Manager in Hardware Engineering at Google, leveraging a strong educational background with a Master's degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree from the United States Air Force Academy.
