David Chen

David Chen is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience at Google, serving as a Staff Software Engineer since October 2019 and as a Software Engineering Manager since February 2018. In the current role, David built and launched a public LLM-based embeddings API and led a team in rapid prototyping of blockchain token utilization. In the managerial position, David successfully directed teams of software engineers to develop and launch product features for Google Search and Maps while fostering collaboration across various teams to enhance user experience.
