David Fleet

David Fleet is a Research Scientist at Google DeepMind and a Professor of Computer Science at the University of Toronto, where they have been teaching since 2004. They also serve as a Faculty Member at the Vector Institute, a role they have held since 2017. Previously, Fleet worked as an Area Manager and Research Scientist at PARC from 1999 to 2003 and held academic positions at Queen's University from 1991 to 1998. They earned their PhD in Computer Science from the University of Toronto between 1985 and 1990.
