David Jones is the Head of North American Technology Transformation for Infrastructure Engineers at Google. They previously held leadership roles as Director of Network Operations at Genscape, Inc. and Telemics, and served as Director of the NOC at Smoothstone IP Communications and Darwin Networks. David has also worked as a Senior System Engineer and Manager of Systems Engineering at VMware from 2015 to 2022, and as a Systems Engineer at Cisco Systems. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in 1994.
