David Krief

David Krief, PhD, is a Senior Data Scientist in Trust and Safety at Google, where they develop methodologies for large-scale abuse measurement and implement criteria for using Large Language Models. They previously worked as a Market Risk Analyst at UBS, focusing on market risk capital requirements and the optimization of VaR models. David has also served as a Teaching Assistant at both Université Paris Diderot and Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne, teaching various mathematics subjects. They hold a PhD in Financial Mathematics from Université Paris Diderot, a Master's Degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne, and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from the same institution.
