David Li

David Li is an experienced leader in information risk and security, having held key positions at notable organizations such as Morgan Stanley, Google, Nomura, and Bloomberg. At Morgan Stanley, David was a Vice President responsible for establishing the Information Risk Oversight department and defining a comprehensive roadmap for the Information Security Program. At Bloomberg, David expanded a cyber risk assessment framework and took on leadership roles in Enterprise Risk Management and Risk Assurance. Currently, David serves as the Head of Core Risk and Compliance for Global Go to Market Operations at Google. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
