David McCrae

UX Researcher

David McCrae is an accomplished UX researcher and designer with extensive experience in user experience roles across various organizations. McCrae began as an office administrator at Atkins before transitioning to user experience design and research positions at companies including Instant Access Technology, British Council, and What People Want, where user behavior insights were gathered for notable clients such as BBC and Nokia.
