David Palmer

David Palmer is an experienced information security professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. At Booz Allen Hamilton, David provided SIGINT development support for the Department of Defense. David's tenure at ARINC as a Senior Information System Security Engineer involved managing critical security projects, including the revamp of Amtrak's Consolidated Network Operations Center. As a consultant and later a principal consultant at Mandiant, David specialized in penetration testing and incident response, ultimately transitioning to a consulting manager role at Google Cloud, focusing on ICS/OT security. Previous roles also include information security instruction at Anne Arundel Community College and IT support at Techmart.
