David Penny

David Penny, PCC, has extensive experience in recruitment and people operations, with notable positions at IBM and Google. At IBM from September 2008 to March 2013, David managed European Recruitment delivery across 17 countries, overseeing a multi-million dollar budget. David also held significant roles at IBM in the early 2000s, including Transition and Delivery Manager for a European Service Centre and European Recruitment Business Partner. A brief tenure at Google in December 2020 included responsibilities as Global People Operations Manager and Head of APAC & EMEA Staffing Operations. David holds a BA Hons degree from the University of Hertfordshire, obtained between 1995 and 1998.
