David Soltesz

David Soltesz has diverse experience spanning military service and civilian industry roles. As a Division Officer in the US Navy from August 2009 to February 2012, David supervised operations and maintenance aboard the USS Wyoming, managing complex operations with a 100% success rate in reactor safety. Subsequently, David transitioned to academia as an Assistant Professor of Naval Science at Villanova University, mentoring prospective U.S. Navy officers. David's civilian career includes roles as a Cloud Program Manager at Google, Agile Coach at Itero Group, LLC, and Industry Solutions and Services Consultant and Manager at Accenture, where David facilitated technological advancements in the power generation sector. Prior research experience at Carnegie Mellon University involved phase transformations in steel and iron alloys. David holds a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Engineering from Villanova University, a Bachelor's degree from Carnegie Mellon University, and a certificate in Nuclear Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School.
