David Ulloa

David Ulloa is an accomplished technology leader with experience in software development and team management. As the SparkDev Team Lead at Upsilon Pi Epsilon, David led a team of 15 engineers to create a full-stack web application for enhancing Data Structures and Algorithms practice. In the role of Director of Technology at INIT FIU, David developed a full-stack application to facilitate ShellHacks 2023, Florida's largest hackathon. David's internship at Microsoft involved data analytics and implementing changes for the Bing Explorational Search Box using SQL-like language and C#. As a Software Engineering Intern at Google, David designed an end-to-end RAG system using Kotlin, Go, and TypeScript, contributing to a larger micro-service architecture. David is currently pursuing a degree at Florida International University, maintaining a GPA of 3.92.
