Debbi Allen

Debbi Allen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in editorial and communications roles. Currently serving as the Development Director (volunteer) at Youth4Youth since January 2025, Debbi manages fundraising strategies and partnerships. Previously, Debbi held the position of Senior Editor at Think with Google for Northern Europe, overseeing editorial strategy and content opportunities. At LUSH, Debbi served as the Head of Internal Business Communications and Head of Content, ensuring effective communication for over 14,500 employees and managing global content strategy. Earlier roles include Editor in Chief at Imagine Publishing and Deputy Editor at IPC Media, focusing on high-quality content creation and brand strategy. Debbi holds a BA Hons in Communication Studies from Sheffield Hallam University and is pursuing a Master's in International Human Rights Law at The University of Law.
