Debbie (Kostin) W. is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across major companies. Currently serving as Vice President and Managing Director of Google UK & Ireland, along with Vice President of Global Advertising Solutions at Google and YouTube, Debbie has previously held significant positions at Unilever as Vice President of Global Media and at Viacom in various advertising sales and strategy roles. Additionally, Debbie founded and serves as Chief Executive of Swingset Kitchens, LLC. Early career experience includes a Senior Manager position in Online Marketing at Bolt, Inc. Debbie earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Economics from Brown University and pursued advanced studies at Harvard Business School.
