Debra LoCastro has extensive experience at Google, where roles have included Strategy & Operations for Google Ads, Global Sites Strategy, Chief of Staff/Program Manager, People Operations, and Global Business & Operations. In these positions, Debra has led teams focused on resource management, driving standardization and collaboration, enhancing staffing strategies, and boosting new business revenue through integrated advertising solutions. Prior to Google, Debra served as an Account Executive at Cox Radio and completed an internship in Advertising Sales and Direct Response Marketing at American Media. Debra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Colgate University and has further education from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
