Deepak Goyal

Deepak Goyal possesses extensive experience in software engineering and computer science, having held significant positions at leading technology companies. From January 2011 to July 2012, Deepak worked as a Sr Staff Software Engineer at Xilinx, focusing on FPGA logic synthesis tools. Prior to this, Deepak was a Senior Architect at Calypto Design Systems from March 2003 to September 2009, contributing to the design and implementation of core algorithms for the SLEC product. Deepak's career includes a role as a Research Staff Member at IBM TJ Watson Research Center from October 1999 to March 2003, where research conducted led to multiple publications. At Google, from July 2012 to October 2018, Deepak advanced to staff positions, including Tech Lead in the YouTube Search Indexing team and multiple Senior Engineering Manager roles, leading projects for Google Assistant Routines. Additionally, Deepak served as a Senior Staff R&D Engineer at Synopsys from September 2009 to February 2011, and holds a PhD in Computer Science from New York University and a BTech in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
