Derek Feng possesses a strong background in software engineering, with experience as a Software Engineer at Google since August 2019 and a prior internship as a Software Development Engineer (SDE) Intern at Amazon in 2018, where contributions included implementing features for Alexa’s navigational system. In addition to technical roles, Derek has served as a Lead Teaching Assistant for the UC Berkeley College of Engineering from May 2017 to May 2019, overseeing a large programming course and managing course logistics.
