Desmond BR Chen is an experienced engineer with a strong background in firmware and software development. Chen's career began at Sunplus from 2011 to 2014, focusing on maintaining DVD multimedia systems and developing display module drivers. Subsequently, Chen worked as a Firmware Engineer at Fresco Logic and Phison Electronics Corps., where Type-C, Power Delivery, and NAND-Flash firmware were developed. From 2017 to 2018, Chen served as an Application Engineer and later as a Software Engineer at 安謀國際科技, providing global Bluetooth stack support and developing Mbed OS. In 2020, Chen transitioned to Fitbit as a Senior Firmware Engineer and has been contributing as a Software Engineer at 谷歌 since February 2021.
