Destinie James is an accomplished professional currently serving as a Cloud Engineering Fellow at Google since March 2025, participating in a competitive career development program focused on cloud computing, AI/ML, and cybersecurity for HBCU students. In addition, Destinie is the Executive Director and Founder of the Women Connect Exchange Program, which aims to connect underrepresented students to global STEM opportunities through corporate partnerships. Previous experience includes a Technical Program Manager internship at Microsoft, an Enterprise Application Analyst internship at Cox Enterprises, and research work at NASA Glenn Research Center, where Destinie developed a Horovod model utilizing high-performance computing resources. Destinie is set to graduate from Tuskegee University in December 2024 with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
