Devany Ayers

Devany Ayers is currently the People Strategy and HR Programs Lead at Google, where they manage a team of Program Managers for the Global Functions HR portfolio and drive execution of key people initiatives. Prior to this role, they served in various positions within Google, including Global Partnerships and Corporate Strategy, and worked as a Strategy and Operations Consultant at Deloitte. Devany earned a Bachelor of Arts summa cum laude in Sociology from Princeton University, where they also gained experience as a Research Assistant in the Sociology Department.
