Dexter Lam has diverse experience in sales analytics and operations, beginning with a role as a Sales Analyst at PhaseLink Corporation from December 2006 to April 2008. Following this, Dexter held various positions at Google from January 2014 onwards, initially as Strategy and Operations Lead for the 3rd Party Mobile Apps Monetization team, and subsequently as Sales Compensation Specialist focusing on Google Ad Manager, AdSense, and AdMob. Prior experience also includes working as a Sales Operations Analyst at Brocade from April 2008 to September 2010. Dexter holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and studied Chinese at Peking University.
