Dhruv Singhal

Dhruv Singhal is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience at high-profile technology companies. At Facebook, a software engineering intern from June 2016 to August 2016, Singhal enhanced full Unicode support for the Watchman service using C and Python. Singhal has been with Google since June 2017, contributing to critical projects including BeyondCorp, Context Aware Access, and VPC Service Controls for Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform. Previous experience at Google includes roles as an engineering practicum intern in 2014, where schema changes were made to an internal No-SQL database and modifications were done to the Google Cloud Endpoints API, as well as improvements to the backend for YouTube Mix using C++. Singhal also held teaching assistant positions at Cornell University from 2015 to 2017, providing instruction in computer programming and systems courses, while earning a Master of Science in Computer Science.
