Diana Du is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in corporate finance, auditing, and financial planning. At IBM, as a Financial Business Controller, Diana implemented pricing models and spearheaded a $4M fixed asset investment, achieving significant cost savings. As a Manager of Corporate Finance at Microsoft, Diana led financial reporting for the Windows Phone business and played a key role in the integration of financial systems post-merger with Nokia, managing substantial cash accounts and liquidation projects. Diana's early career at KPMG China as an Audit Assistant Manager involved leading audits and mentoring junior staff. Diana holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of International Business and Economics.
