Dil Poudel is currently a Global Process Owner - Benefits at Google, having previously held the role of Partner Support Specialist Benefits at the same company. Between 2013 and 2014, Dil worked as an Incentives Analyst at Sky, and has also gained experience as an Operations Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and an HR Operations Lead at Fitbit. Dil earned a BA honours from Trinity College Dublin and holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business.
