Dirk Primbs has extensive experience in the technology sector, having held multiple roles at prominent companies. At Microsoft, Dirk served in various capacities including Business Development & Strategy Analyst, Manager Breadth Evangelism, Program Manager for the Web App Ecosystem, Developer Support Engineer, and Developer Evangelist from September 2009 to August 2011. Following this, Dirk worked at Creakom as a Technical Account Manager and Support Specialist from September 1998 to September 2000. At Google, starting in January 2014, Dirk initially led Developer Relations for the DACH region and later became Head of Global Developer Programs, where responsibilities included overseeing Global Programs for the Developer Community Ecosystem, focusing on AI and ML, and engaging over 6 million developers worldwide. Additionally, Dirk led the teams for Google's European developer community programs and startup accelerators. Since November 2014, Dirk has been the Developer Ecosystem Lead at Google, directing various global developer initiatives until April 2024.
