Divya Padmanabhan

Divya Padmanabhan is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and management, serving as the Senior Director of Engineering at Google since December 2019. Prior to this role, Divya held a Senior Engineering Manager position at Apple Inc. from November 2009 to December 2019, where responsibilities included managing Health Sensor software teams and delivering critical functionalities for the Apple Watch. Additional experience includes leading the backend team for network analysis software at NetQoS and designing testing frameworks for AMD processors. Divya began a career in software engineering at Medtronic, developing software applications for medical devices, and holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Madras.
