Dmitry Tsarkov

Dmitry Tsarkov, PhD, has extensive experience in computer science with a focus on software and hardware verification, machine learning infrastructure, and automated reasoning. Dmitry's career includes positions as a Doctoral Researcher at Moscow State University, a Researcher/Programmer at LSI Logic, and various consulting roles in knowledge management at Cerebra Inc and Fujitsu Research. As a Senior Software Engineer at Google since 2017, Dmitry specializes in designing APIs for machine learning experiments. Previous roles also involve software engineering at Piquant Technologies and a long tenure as a Research Fellow at The University of Manchester, where Dmitry contributed to the development of FaCT++, a high-performance reasoner for OWL 2. Dmitry holds both a PhD and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Lomonosov Moscow State University, achieving distinction in the latter.
