Dorysa Moore

Dorysa Moore has extensive experience in human resources and corporate social responsibility, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). At BMC Software, Dorysa served as the Head of Corporate Social Responsibility/DEI and HR for the Americas from April 2017 to January 2020. Prior to that, Dorysa was a Human Resources Executive at Decode Digital Marketing, providing HR strategy and diversity programs. Dorysa transitioned to Google in January 2020, initially as the Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Leader, and currently holds the position of Global Human Resources Leader for Cloud, where responsibilities include developing people strategies and implementing DEI initiatives. Previous roles include HR leadership positions at Marathon Oil Corporation and Aerotek, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Communications from Oregon State University.
