Dousan Miao is an accomplished Interaction Designer currently working at Google since August 2022, where as the UX lead, Dousan defined and led multiple work streams for the Satellite SOS feature on the Pixel 9 and established the UX strategy for satellite connectivity on Android. Prior to Google, Dousan served as a Senior User Experience Designer at McKinsey & Company from October 2018 to September 2022, collaborating with high-profile clients across the retail, construction, and banking sectors to create product value propositions and deliver minimum viable products under tight deadlines. Dousan's career commenced as an Experience Designer at Mima | Certified B Corp™ from August 2016 to July 2017. Dousan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design and Technology from Brunel University London, completed in 2018.
