Dr. Dianne Hackett, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of People Operations at Google, where responsibilities include global strategic HR business partnership and supporting Google's people plan. Prior experience includes leadership roles in diversity, equity, and inclusion at Google and YouTube, where strategic initiatives were developed to foster positive employee sentiment and inclusion within the Tech Portfolio and Global Business Organization. Additionally, Dr. Hackett has held faculty positions at Loyola Marymount University, focusing on urban education and special education, and served as an elected official on the West Adams Neighborhood Council. With a Doctorate in Educational Leadership for Social Justice from Loyola Marymount University, Dr. Hackett has also significantly contributed to the development of staff in Teach For America through leadership and DEI training initiatives.
