Drew Scharf is a Sr. Solutions Consultant at Google, having previously served as a Technology Program Manager in Global Staffing Operations. Before joining Google, Drew was a Manager of Strategic Talent and Operations at SiriusDecisions, where they led the development of the company's first Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiative. Drew also held the position of Team Lead at The McIntyre Group, driving significant growth in the Accounting and Finance Division. With a strong educational background that includes a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Law Studies and Psychology from Ohio Wesleyan University and a Leadership & Management Specialization from Harvard Business School Executive Education, Drew continues to excel in program management and strategic operations.
